Which package do I need?
Roughly: Start if you're not VAT-registered with straightforward income; Grow once you're VAT-registered or busier; Pro when there's real complexity — higher turnover, CIS, or an employee. Tell us your situation and we'll confirm the right one in writing before you pay anything.
Is the Self Assessment really included at £19?
Yes — preparation and filing of your personal tax return is included in every package. That alone typically costs £150–£300+ as a one-off elsewhere.
Are there any joining or leaving fees?
No. Onboarding is free, we handle the switch from a previous accountant free, and you're never locked in.
What about payroll if I take someone on?
Payroll is priced separately at £8 per employee per month (£25 minimum) with pensions administration from £2 per enrolled employee — added only when you actually need it.
What if my business grows into a limited company?
